We have the following meeting areas: The Mississippi Chemical Conference Center, the Board Room (Meeting Area#1), and the Table in the Fiction area (Meeting Area#2).
Although we accept walk-in reservations, advance appointments are the best way that we can secure use of the area for you.

RESERVE A ROOM IN THESE WAYS:
- IN PERSON: You may complete a reservation request in person at our front desk (310 N. Main Street, Yazoo City, MS 39194).
- EMAIL: You may download a meeting room reservation request, complete it, and email it to our director at this email address: cwooten@yazoo.lib.ms.us.
- FAX: You may fax the meeting room reservation request to 662-746-7309.
These rooms are for business meetings and club meetings. Personal meetings, such as weddings or baby showers, are not permitted in these areas. If you have any questions, please call us at 662-746-5557.
GENERAL MEETING ROOMS
The Board Room (Meeting Area#1):
- Available only during normal library operating hours
- Comfortably seats up to 12 people
- There is no fee to use this room.

The Table in the Fiction Area (Meeting Area#2):
- Available only during normal library operating hours
- Comfortably seats approximately 8 people
- There is no fee to use this meeting area.

CONFERENCE CENTER
The Mississippi Chemical Conference Center:
- Available at any time of any day
- Comfortably holds up to 125 people
- Please note: we charge a fee to use this room; it helps to cover our heating and cooling costs. We also charge a small fee to cover our staffing costs if the meeting room is used after hours.
